A new chapter in Lima’s hospitality scene begins with the opening of Humano, Lima, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, marking the debut of Tribute Portfolio in the vibrant district of Miraflores. Positioned in one of the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods, the property introduces a design-led, community-driven stay experience that reflects Lima’s creative pulse.

Part of Marriott International, the hotel is built around the idea that meaningful travel is rooted in authentic, everyday moments. At Humano, this philosophy translates into a guest experience shaped by thoughtful details, genuine connections, and a strong sense of place.

“Humano opens as a place where guests can experience Lima from a genuine and local perspective, with hospitality that feels natural and personalized. We want every visitor to feel part of the community and every stay to become a meaningful moment,” said Ricardo Echeverri, Vice President, Owner & Franchise Services for Marriott International in the Caribbean and Latin America.

The hotel features 157 guestrooms tailored to different travel styles, including Superior King, Superior Twin, Junior Suite, Signature Suite, and family-friendly accommodations. Each room is designed to adapt to a variety of stays whether for short city breaks, creative escapes, or blended business and leisure trips.

Humano positions itself as more than just a place to stay, with social spaces that mirror the rhythm and character of Miraflores. Dining and gathering venues include the rooftop grill restaurant Entrañable and Café de Lima, both designed to foster interaction and shared experiences.

Additional amenities include a rooftop pool, wellness offerings, and flexible event spaces further reinforcing the hotel’s role as a hub where locals and visitors naturally come together.

A defining element of the Humano experience is its approach to service. The team prioritizes genuine, personalized interactions, taking time to understand guests’ preferences and offering curated recommendations that spotlight lesser-known corners of Lima. The aim is to help travelers explore the city like locals while creating a sense of familiarity and comfort throughout their stay.

Humano, Lima is also integrated into Marriott Bonvoy, Marriott International’s global travel program. Members can earn and redeem points at this property and across more than 10,000 destinations worldwide, while the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app enhances the experience with personalized and contactless features.
