The St. Regis Macao has officially launched its “House of Celebration,” an immersive lineup of festive experiences designed to elevate the holiday season with refined dining, seasonal rituals, and luxurious indulgences. Throughout December, the property invites guests to step into a world of elegance and timeless storytelling, marked by signature celebrations across The Manor, The St. Regis Bar, and The Spa.

Seasonal Dining Highlights at The Manor

A central stage for memorable gatherings, The Manor introduces an array of festive culinary experiences crafted for the holiday season.

From December 20 to 26, guests can enjoy the Season’s Splendor Luncheon, a celebration of seasonal flavors. Beginning December 19 to 26, Executive Sous Chef Michele Dell’Aquila presents a meticulously curated five-course Festive Culinary Journey. The menu features standout dishes including Hokkaido Scallop with Calvisius Royal Caviar, Wagyu Beef Agnolotti with black truffle, Dover Sole Grenobloise, and a finale of Chestnut Mont Blanc.

For festive celebrations at home, The Manor offers bespoke takeaway options, including a 6kg Traditional Roast Stuffed Turkey with classic trimmings and a 5kg Honey Mustard Baked Gammon Ham served with braised red cabbage perfect for seamless entertaining in the comfort of one’s home.

The year concludes with an exceptional New Year’s Eve five-course dinner, a symphony of flavors highlighted by Sicilian Langoustine with Aristocrat caviar, Spanish Carabineros Red Prawn risotto, and a choice between Turbot Filet with morels or Australian Wagyu Striploin. Guests will welcome 2026 with the sweet decadence of a White Chocolate Mousse, served amid the signature grandeur of The House of Astor.

Throughout December, The St. Regis Bar becomes the vibrant heart of the hotel’s festive celebrations.

This year, the bar presents an exclusive collaboration with Maison Guerlain, reimagining afternoon tea through the lens of the L’Art & La Matière fragrance collection. The result is a multisensory afternoon tea experience that blends haute perfumery with gourmet craftsmanship.

Guests can also enjoy the return of the bar’s Sparkly Concoctions and witness The Art of Sabrage, the iconic St. Regis champagne-opening ritual performed upon ordering select bottles.

On December 31, the bar transforms for the Countdown Extravaganza New Year’s Eve Celebration, inviting guests to ring in 2026 with glamorous cocktails, live jazz, and free-flowing champagne. The evening encourages extraordinary attire and promises a celebration steeped in the timeless allure of The St. Regis Bar.
