Officially launching this month, the Kat Florence Hotel unveils its private, guest-only Nordic Wellness Spa, an intimate, open-air sanctuary tucked within the property’s secluded garden. Located just steps from each suite, the spa features a handcrafted cedar sauna, open-air hot pool, cold-plunge circuit for contrast therapy, and a firepit lounge. Discreet, on-demand drink and snack service completes the experience. Daily In-Suite Massages Enhanced With La Mer Rituals
Already renowned for including daily 60-minute full-body massages for every guest, the hotel elevates the experience further beginning in January. Each massage will now conclude with a La Mer–infused face, neck, and décolleté ritual using The Renewal Oil, the luxury skincare elixir retailing at $395 for a 30ml bottle.
The treatment is enhanced with sound bath therapy and Nordic-inspired hot and cold towel compresses, designed to awaken the senses, promote circulation, and ground guests in the present moment, all delivered privately in-suite by expert in-house registered massage therapists.
Infinity Pâtisserie Launches With Michelin Pedigree
Adding to the hotel’s immersive sensory offerings, December 18 marks the debut of the Kat Florence Hotel’s private, guest-only Infinity Pâtisserie. Led by Chef Marc Collyer, formerly of the twice Michelin-starred Manor House in the British Cotswolds, the experience offers unlimited access to daily edible art creations crafted with some of the world’s most luxurious ingredients.
The rotating collection may include creations such as mille-feuille of caramelized house-made puff pastry with green apple caviar and hazelnut crème, caramelized white chocolate éclairs with Amarena cherry mousse and burnt orange–Champagne powder, and signature croissants fermented over three days for exceptional depth of flavour.
Guests are invited to visit the patisserie freely throughout their stay, enjoying unlimited tastings at no additional cost. Each morning, Chef Collyer also hand-churns fresh butter and prepares pastries and breads that are concierge-delivered to each suite as part of the hotel’s bespoke breakfast service.
