Pullman Hotels & Resorts, part of Accor’s global Premium portfolio, has announced a sweeping brand transformation designed to strengthen its position as one of the world’s most dynamic hotel brands. The reveal follows the global debut of Pullman xChange, a new event series aimed at sparking bold ideas and cross-disciplinary dialogue among creators, innovators, and industry leaders.
A Reimagined Pullman Experience
Building on a legacy that dates back to 1859, Pullman is redefining the modern hotel as a social stage that reflects the fluid rhythm of contemporary travel. The brand’s new identity centers on the theme of “exchange” where people, ideas, and cultures intersect.

A key expression of the new design language is the Pullman Portal, a sculptural entryway inspired by the brand’s railway heritage. These Portals serve as architectural signatures across the global portfolio, with each installation locally interpreted through distinctive materials and form. The first Portal is now live at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lake Towers, and upcoming openings including Pullman Perth Airport and Pullman Hamilton will introduce the design to new markets.
Meeting and event spaces have also undergone a transformation, built with flexibility at their core. Spaces are designed to shift effortlessly from keynote venue to creative studio, workshop hub, or cultural stage, reflecting Pullman’s belief that meaningful exchange thrives in environments built for possibility.
Culinary Innovation as a Social Ancho

Pullman is placing culinary and mixology at the heart of its guest experience. Bars act as vibrant social hubs throughout the day, encouraging spontaneity, community, and discovery.
Launching in 2026, Unexpected Pairings will introduce a new bar ritual in which guests draw from a deck of cards to reveal imaginative cocktail-and-food combinations. The experience aims to spark conversation and playful curiosity while redefining mixology through contrast, creativity, and global flavor influences.
A Human-Centric Service Philosophy
Over the past 18 months, Pullman has rolled out a major learning initiative focused on empathy, cultural awareness, and emotional intelligence. The training equips the brand’s 20,000+ Heartists to connect more intuitively and authentically with guests.
Approximately 60% of Heartists have completed the program, with the remainder set to finish by 2026, ensuring teams deliver service that blends confidence, intuition, and genuine warmth.
Pullman xChange: A Global Forum for Future Thinking
The inaugural Pullman xChange, held 13–14 November 2025 at Pullman Dubai Downtown, transformed the hotel into a live forum for creative expression and intellectual exploration. Developed in collaboration with the House of Beautiful Business, the event focused on the theme Build What Outlasts You and brought together voices from business, technology, science, and the arts.
Speakers included Abdulaziz AlJaziri (Dubai Future Foundation), neuroscientist Hannah Critchlow, cyberpsychologist Elaine Kasket, and architect Adib Dada. The program featured immersive workshops, performances, and multisensory experiences, embodying Pullman’s belief that progress begins with challenging familiar perspectives.
Pullman xChange will expand globally in 2026, with editions planned for Europe, Asia, and South America, each co-created with local cultural collectives.
Accelerated Global Growth
“Pullman’s transformation marks a bold step into the future one that fuses our heritage with a renewed sense of purpose,” said Benoît Racle, Global Brand President, Premium, Accor. “Each hotel is conceived as a place of exchange, where creativity and connection can thrive. This is just the beginning of a movement that will unfold across our global network.”
Pullman currently operates 150+ hotels in over 40 countries, with more than 70 projects in development. The brand is set to surpass 200 hotels within five years, driven by strong owner confidence and rising demand for elevated, culturally attuned premium hospitality.
New destinations such as Pullman Royal Key Wellness Resort (Guadeloupe), Pullman Kolašin Breza (Montenegro), and Pullman Tokyo Ginza (Japan) are slated for 2026 and beyond, showcasing Pullman’s commitment to innovative design, creative exchange, and revitalized guest experiences.
