Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is redefining the boundaries of travel wellness with the launch of its new global campaign, “Wellness Without Walls.” Fronted by football icon Kylian Mbappé, the initiative marks a strategic shift in how the brand delivers well-being experiences across its worldwide portfolio.
At the heart of the campaign is a cinematic brand film that positions wellness as fluid, accessible, and integrated into every aspect of travel not confined to traditional hotel gyms or spas. Mbappé, widely regarded as one of the most recognizable athletes globally, embodies this philosophy through his own disciplined approach to performance, recovery, and longevity.
“Fairmont offers an authentic commitment to wellness in each of its locations, which is why I am eager to partner with them,” Mbappé said. “As an athlete, recovery and balance are crucial, and I experience this commitment during every stay. With Fairmont, it’s possible to maintain your routine even when traveling without feeling forced.”
The campaign reflects evolving traveler expectations, where well-being is no longer a niche luxury but a fundamental part of the guest experience. Rather than prescribing rigid programs, Fairmont’s approach emphasizes flexibility—allowing guests to define wellness on their own terms.
As part of this rollout, the brand is introducing new touchpoints, including a premium Nike gear lending program, alongside a broader range of experiences designed to integrate wellness seamlessly into each stay.
Claudia Kozma Kaplan, Chief Brand Officer at Fairmont, noted that modern luxury travelers are increasingly focused on how they feel and function during their journeys. “The ‘No Excuses’ tagline reflects our promise, guests can maintain their personal wellness routines effortlessly while traveling,” she said. “Whether that’s the discipline of an elite athlete or something as simple as a relaxed bike ride, wellness should adapt to the individual.”

As part of Accor’s ALL Accor portfolio, Fairmont is rolling out “Wellness Without Walls” across its diverse global destinations. Each property integrates location-specific experiences that connect guests to local culture while supporting physical and mental well-being.
Highlights include:
- Cold immersion experiences at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise
- Forest therapy sessions at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge
- Hydrotherapy at Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol
- Paddleboarding near Fairmont Austin
- Copal cleansing rituals at Fairmont Mayakoba
- Traditional sports like badminton and cricket at Fairmont Udaipur Palace
- A modern bathhouse concept at Fairmont Hanoi
Emma Darby, Global Vice President Spa & Wellness, emphasized the broader industry shift: “Travel today is not just about escape – it’s about maintaining rhythm and restoring balance. The world doesn’t need more wellness spaces; it needs more space to be well.”
“Wellness Without Walls” signals more than a campaign – it’s a long-term strategic direction. Fairmont plans to continue expanding its wellness offerings through new partnerships, experiences, and innovations aimed at helping guests feel their best, wherever they travel.
