Four Seasons is officially charting a new course in ultra-luxury travel with the debut of its first yacht, Four Seasons I, which embarked on its maiden voyage across the Mediterranean on March 20, 2026. The launch marks the brand’s first move into maritime hospitality, extending its renowned service standards from land to sea.
Purpose-built and designed entirely around the guest experience, Four Seasons I blends the intimacy of a private yacht with the hallmark personalization, culinary excellence, and wellness offerings the brand is known for.
Inspired by the romance of the nautical lifestyle, the vessel reimagines modern yachting through a highly curated, residential-style approach. The yacht features just 95 expansive suites, many with private plunge pools and large terraces ensuring privacy, space, and uninterrupted ocean views.

With no interior cabins and a near one-to-one guest-to-staff ratio, the experience is designed to deliver an exceptional level of personalization. Access to exclusive ports and yacht-only harbours further elevates the journey, positioning Four Seasons I as a new benchmark in luxury sea travel.
“Today’s luxury traveller values time, trust, and authenticity above all,” said Ben Trodd, CEO of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd., joint owner and operator of Four Seasons Yachts. “We’re combining Four Seasons’ global standard of hospitality with world-class maritime expertise to offer a completely new perspective on travel.”
The inaugural sailing holds symbolic significance, coinciding with the 65th anniversary of Four Seasons and the opening of its first hotel in 1961. The moment reflects both a celebration of the brand’s legacy and the beginning of a new chapter. Honouring maritime tradition, Four Seasons Founder Isadore Sharp and his wife Rosalie Sharp were named godparents of the vessel.
Alejandro Reynal, President and CEO of Four Seasons, described the launch as “a continuation of the pioneering ambition on which Four Seasons was built,” adding that the yacht experience will deliver the same level of care and excellence guests expect from the brand worldwide.
Design that Elevate the Journey
Measuring 207 metres (679 feet) in length, Four Seasons I has been conceived as a residential-style vessel that draws inspiration from the golden age of yachting, including the iconic superyacht Christina O, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens.
The yacht’s design brings together leading names in the industry: Tillberg Design of Sweden (interiors), Martin Brudnizki Design Studio (social spaces), Prosper Assouline (creative direction), Fincantieri (shipbuilding)
The vessel prioritizes light-filled, open spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows and seamless indoor-outdoor living.
Standout accommodations include:
- The Funnel Suite (nearly 10,000 sq ft) with panoramic forward-facing views
- The Loft Suite (nearly 8,000 sq ft) with a large aft terrace
A Culinary Destination at Sea

Dining is a central pillar of the onboard experience, with 11 restaurants and lounges offering a diverse range of culinary concepts from Mediterranean seafood to intimate omakase.
At the heart of the offering is Sedna, which introduces a Chef-in-Residence program featuring Michelin-starred talent from Four Seasons properties worldwide. Participating chefs include: Christian Le Squer (Le Cinq, Paris), Luca Piscazzi (Pelagos, Athens), Guillaume Galliot (Caprice, Hong Kong), Yoric Tièche (Le Cap, Cap-Ferrat), Paolo Lavezzini (Il Palagio, Florence)
These rotating residencies bring immersive tasting menus and destination-inspired dining experiences to the yacht.
Additional social venues such as Horizon Bar with its open-air design and plunge pool and the intimate Bar O offer distinct settings for daytime relaxation and evening cocktails.
Wellness at the Core
Wellness is deeply integrated into the Four Seasons Yachts experience, anchored by the L’Oceana Spa. Inspired by the five elements of vitality, the spa offers a full suite of treatments and facilities, including:
- Hammam and thermal circuit
- Cryotherapy and infrared therapy
- Hydrotherapy and advanced recovery treatments
Guests can also participate in holistic programming such as sunrise yoga, meditation, breathwork sessions, and personalized fitness training. Tailored wellness menus further support a range of dietary and nutritional goals.
Introducing the Transverse Marina
A standout feature of the vessel is its transverse marina, which opens across both sides of the yacht to create a private, sea-level retreat. Guests can enjoy direct water access, water sports, and curated recreational activities during dedicated Marina Days.
Beyond the yacht, Four Seasons offers fully customized Shore and Sea Experiences. Rather than fixed excursions, itineraries are tailored in advance based on individual preferences ranging from private cultural encounters to exclusive dining reservations and bespoke adventures.
Mediterranean Debut Season
The inaugural season features a mix of iconic and lesser-known destinations across the Mediterranean. Ports of call include: Saint-Tropez, Bodrum, Hydra, Montenegro. Voyages also span the Greek Isles and Croatian coastline.
In its first year, Four Seasons I will complete 32 voyages across 52 sailings, visiting 130 destinations in more than 30 countries. Seasonal itineraries will expand to the Caribbean and Bahamas during winter months.
The launch represents the beginning of a broader global strategy, with additional vessels and itineraries planned in the years ahead.
